Job Description

Southeast Toyota Financeis the captive finance company for 177 Toyota dealers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Southeast Toyota Financeis in search of aCustomer Experience Support Associate,responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creation and or completion of reports
  • Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and file roomfunctions
  • Handling mail items including heavy boxes
  • Data entry, processing extensions, back-end product cancellations, andACHset up
  • Processing charge offs and expenses
  • Cross-training to support multiple tasks and departments throughout the day
  • Maintain records and perform typing/word processing assignments or any other related clerical duties assigned by management
  • Phone work may be required, calling customers, dealers and insurance providers

  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Competent PC and keyboard skills (including 10 key entry)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Accurate typing skills of 40 wpm
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to stand, bend and squat for lengthy periods of time to file documents
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

TASKS

  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.

  • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Computers and ElectronicsKnowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
  • English LanguageKnowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
