We have the ability to convince them. We coordinate with other departments of the company to publish high-quality customer requirements needs. We aim to be as responsive as we can to our customers. Working as Customer Quality Engineers, we also lead the customer on-site visits and on-site audits to review their issues. We have the ability to complete customer specification reviews and provide recommendations to the accounts department.
