About Customer Quality Engineer

What does a Customer Quality Engineer do?

Being Customer Quality Engineers, our primary responsibility is to deal with the customers. We listen to their queries and calls. We also discuss customer requirements and expectations. We have the ability to convince them. We coordinate with other departments of the company to publish high-quality customer requirements needs. We aim to be as responsive as we can to our customers. Working as Customer Quality Engineers, we also lead the customer on-site visits and on-site audits to review their issues. We have the ability to complete customer specification reviews and provide recommendations to the accounts department.

Core tasks:

  • tracking and analyzing quality data
  • preparing records, charts, and graphs
  • performing complex root cause analysis
  • creating and implementing quality methods
  • developing validation specifications
