As Customer Relations Representatives, we interact directly with customers on behalf of an organization. We act as a liaison, provide services/information and resolve all emerging problems customers might face efficiently and precisely. We provide information about the company's products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns to ensure that customers' needs are fully met.
