Customer Relations Representative

As Customer Relations Representatives, we interact directly with customers on behalf of an organization. We act as a liaison, provide services/information and resolve all emerging problems customers might face efficiently and precisely. We provide information about the company's products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns to ensure that customers' needs are fully met.

Core tasks:

• promoting a positive relationship between customers and the company
• providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• responding promptly to customer inquiries
• keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• assuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support
• handling customer complaints and providing the appropriate solutions and alternatives within the deadlines
• identifying and accessing customers' needs to achieve maximum satisfaction
