About Customer Relationship Specialist

What does a Customer Relationship Specialist do?

As Customer Relationship Specialist, we develop solid and trusted relationships between the customer and the banker through timely and accurate communication. This is done by listening to the customer’s needs for proper customer satisfaction. We also develop and maintain a proper understanding of the customer's needs so as to assist the banker to deepen their current relationship. We then come up with proper ways to always ensure that the customer's queries are listened to and implemented.

Core tasks:

  • conduct evaluation of client’s accounts
  • alert the banker of any possible sales opportunities after discussions with the clients
  • develop and maintain sales incentive programs
  • resolve customer issues
