As Customer Service Administrators, we act as middlemen between a business and its customers. We treat customers' complaints and provide relevant information about the company's services and products to customers seeking inquiries. We facilitate sales and point customers in the right direction by answering phones, emails, and many more. Our main goal is to provide the best service to meet the customers' needs and boost patronage.

Core tasks:

  • prompt response to inquiries and complaints about services offered
  • keeping proper records of all inquiries
  • resolve problems and issues of concern pertaining to the customer
  • coordinate with other departments and personnel to ensure effective delivery of customer's order
  • inform customers of the availability of products and every other detail needed
