About Customer Service Advocate

What does a Customer Service Advocate do?

As Customer Service Advocates, we are responsible for ensuring the optimal level of transactions for customers. We prepare documents for customers and provide support to managerial operations for customers. We develop training programs and ensure an appropriate level of performance for activities. Managing internal and external customers and providing customer support is one of our main responsibilities. We administer customer orders, manage requests, and resolve associate issues. Working as Customer Service Advocates, we monitor customer inquiries and complaints and provide effective solutions for their resolution. We also determine causes and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
