As Customer Service Engineers, we address customers' questions and concerns about their company's products, address technical problems via telephone/internet services, receive feedback and suggestions from referring to others in their department. The Customer Service Engineers receive incoming calls from customers, maintain up-to-date knowledge of upgrades and updates of the company's products, work with other employees to find the answer to a particular problem, and file reports regarding complaints they have received about company products. We work on teams and frequently report to a supervisor/manager, work directly with customers to answer technical and product questions, including during sales meetings.
