What does a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP do?

Customer Service Representatives, we are responsible for helping customers with complaints and queries and providing information about products and services. We take orders, process returns, and help customers understand the product and services by answering their questions. We maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Responding to customer inquiries and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints is one of our daily responsibilities. We keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Working as Customer Service Representatives, we provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and manage a team of junior customer service associates.
