Job Description
To support the Visitors ID card badging system and provide extraordinary customer service to everyone entering the doors of the hospital by greeting, escorting and providing patient information as needed. Work Schedule: - Greet visitors/patients promptly and professionally on the telephone and in person , providing information -Escort visitors and provide wheel chair assistance as needed, throughout the hospital. - Provide internal and external information as needed. -Help to trouble shoot visitor/patient dissatisfactionto Patient Relations Department. -Recommend specific action plans to correct or improve customer service operating procedures. -Provide scheduled coverage at the desk and assist with training of volunteers Work schedule will be as needed.
