Company Description

Family Video is a family-owned video rental chain. Its locations are at the heaviest concentration in the Midwest. The company has formed a partnership with Marco's Pizza providing space for the franchise in many of its stores. The company is using this partnership as a way to deliver video rentals with pizza orders. Family Video also leases space to other retailers such as hair salons and fitness centers, and it continues to buy, build and open new locations every month. It currently operates a network of over 500 Family Video locations, 100+ Marco’s Pizza locations, 68 Highland Pure Water & Ice kiosks, several StayFit24 fitness centers as well as hundreds of retail centers with its Legacy Commercial Property division. Job Description

Our Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to all customers, handle day-to-day store operations and meet sales goals for movies, games and concessions designed by Store Management.

Customer Service Representative Job Description:

  • Computer Literate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus

  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
