Customer Service Sales Associate

As Customer Service Sales Associates, we are responsible for assisting customers with any questions they may have about the product they are considering buying. We help the customers with returns, refunds and resolve typical complaints. We operate cash machines and manage financial transactions. Exposing promotions and opportunities to customers is also a part of our duty. We maintain a clean and orderly appearance on the sales floor. Working as Customer Service Sales Associates, we are responsible for guiding customers to merchandise within the store. We maintain quality customer relationships. We use customer service strategies to increase sales. Finally, we arrange a sales presentation.
