About Customer Strategy Manager

What does a Customer Strategy Manager do?

As Strategy Managers, we deliver strategic supervision to the account management staff. We play as a core point of contact for all strategies to be incorporated inside the sales department. We support new growth chances within the client strategy team. Working cross-functionally with several teams, we collaborate and report to upper-level management. To generate more ROI, we provide tech support for campaigns and exhibit a strong knowledge of market trends. Creating and managing CRM campaigns is another activity that we are tasked with.

Core tasks:

  • shape the creation of client strategy
  • act as a customer winner and ensure that strategies are meeting the client's needs
  • identify and analyze the strategic opportunities
  • act as an in-house consultant and deliver outstanding strategic support to the sales teams
  • make developments in the customer experience and look for opportunities for potential customers
