About Customer Success Associate

What does a Customer Success Associate do?

As Customer Success Associates we assist Customer Success managers in growing and nurturing customer relationships that promote loyalty to the organization. We provide both technical and product help to customers to make sure they are satisfied with the goods and services of the organization. We coordinate other customer success staff and report to the general manager of the organization. As Customer Success Associates, we act as the voice of the customers in internal conversations.

Core tasks:

  • collaborating with other customer success members to achieve customer-related goals
  • supporting in the management of the growth of existing client business
  • gathering data to become meaningful information that will help in customer growth
  • collaborating with Customer Success Managers
  • using both strategic and tactical plans to show value to clients
