Responsibilities Develop and manage client expansion activity Work with internal departments, including sales, product, engineering, support, operations, and finance Communicate regularly with customers Provide customer feedback to internal teams Analyze customer data to improve customer experience Improve onboarding process Mediate between clients and company Handle and resolve all customer requests and complaints Meet personal/company monthly, quarterly, and annual goals 2-4 years B2B client relationship management experience in the technology industry Highly organized and able to multi-task Self-driven and proactive nature Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding goals Knowledge of customer success processes Passionate for client success Experience managing retailers, restaurants, grocers, and gaming venues (a plus) ID: 2019-1097 External Company Name: P3Hired External Company URL: http://p3hired.com/ Post End Date: 10/1/2019
