About Customer Success Specialist

What does a Customer Success Specialist do?

As Seasonal Clerks, we find out duplicate draft records that call for suitable or appropriate cross-referencing records and comparing dates and titles. We keep the files in good condition by correcting the integrity of a large volume of records. We also work out folders' details to establish a new facility or site files or extension folders. We search or investigate exhaustively or locate and bring in records for Regional or Departmental staff, state or federal staff, legislative staff. As Seasonal Clerks, we also make ready or available beforehand, scanned large volumes of hard copy documents, and records using Excel.

Core tasks:

  • we cause copy machines, fax machines and other office equipment to function properly.
  • we receive and sort out mails
  • we assist in the compilation and tabulation of statistical data
  • we are involved in the updating of records
