What does a Customer Support Agent do?

As Customer Support Agents, we work to ensure that customers are satisfied with the offered products and services. After-sale services, we are involved by following up with customers after they have purchased a product or subscribed to the services offered. We act as mentors to customers, explaining the sales process and ensuring all things are in order and smoothly done before and after purchase. We are responsible for handling the daily communication between existing customers and potential customers. As Customer Support Agents, our work is not only telling customers about the business; it involves engaging customers with dialogue to get feedback on the services provided and how they feel.

  • facilitates customer's happiness and satisfaction
