About Customer Support Engineer

What does a Customer Support Engineer do?

As Customer Support Engineers, we serve as the help desk by answering queries and resolving issues. We are the part of network support team and client satisfaction is our top priority. Apart from facilitating clients, some of us also serve team members who do not have strong tech and network knowledge. We troubleshoot technical issues through chat, phone, and email. Assisting customers with products and services is one of our core responsibility. We act as a guide for both clients and staff in installing and updating systems and resolving issues. We work cross-functionally with the networking team and other staff.

Core tasks:

  • provide technical support and answering queries
  • assist in tracking and resolving issues, installation, and up-gradation
  • oversee customer support enhancement
  • prepare support documentation
  • suggest product improvements
