About Customer Support

What does a Customer Support do?

As Customers Supports, we are responsible for assisting customers with technical problems when using goods and services. We accept ownership for client issues and see them through to a conclusion. We resolve customer issues via an email ticketing system. Contributing with ideas and realistic solutions for client inquiries is also a part of our duty. We demonstrate high proficiency with the technical systems. Working as Customers Supports, we are responsible for training junior customer representatives. We collaborate closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. We gather customer feedback and share it with marketing teams. Finally, we Follow up with customers to verify their technical issues get rectified.

Core tasks:

  • informing customers about a new feature
  • keeping track of customer complaints
  • identifying customers needs and help them accordingly
  • adding information regarding technical concerns to the internal database
