I’ve been in sales forever a while now and this was by far the worst company that I’ve ever worked for. They claim to have a great culture but I only saw a lot of passive aggressive behavior and zero support. Also, they don’t hesitate to to steal your sales. I put a ton of effort into developing a relationship with the NYPD, even creating a Capability Statement (required by the NYPD procurement) on own time because Custom Ink did not have one nor would they create one. Despite a solid performance and multiple opportunities in my pipeline, I was furloughed (supposedly due to COVID) and a million dollar PPE order was secured for the NYPD.
