Not a fun place. Full of politics. Not recognized for your work at all. Women advance more frequently than men. You get reprimanded for using your own earned sick time and vacay time because management refuses to hire enough people to actually cover the store which forces them to have to work overtime which they hate because they are salaried employees.

Pros and Cons
A steady paycheck

A terrible place to work for no matter what location you’re at (I’ve tried many, all the same even if slower paced). Please listen to me and RUNNN you are worth so much more!! If you want new mental health problems continue your career with cvs. If you want to feel like nothing definitely work here. If you want to feel like a human being PLEASE listen to this and pass! I’ve worked there for 4 years and have to be put on antidepressants because it is a very traumatic experience.

It was just an entry level job really. Hours were assigned weekly and seemingly randomly. I frequently had closing shifts followed by opening shifts so it wasn't a ton of fun but the job was easy and interacting with customers politely isn't difficult so absolutely should be an option for anyone coming out of high school or anyone who is in between jobs

Pros and Cons
