Dallas Area Rapid Transit

When I started as a driver for Dart I went through training and had the best instructor easy to learn from. Even though I was going through so Domestic Violence at home being at work I never thought about home because of the environment at work was so friendly I enjoyed being at work learning different areas of Dallas born and raised in this city never knew until I started with Dart knew nothing about the area’s of Dallas all around great company even though it was short lived for me do to my situation at that time I would say if you could work anywhere Dart would be the perfect job.

Not the whole organization but the department I worked - Procurement, the senior leadership at that time and some still today are very racist. They prefer promoting only whites and that too only those whites who don't oppose their racist policies. Very toxic culture, not healthy for any professional to stay based on qualifications and talent. People just stay there while looking for jobs outside
