Desktop support with OS troubleshooting skills
Can you please follow up on this status.
• Provide hardware/software support - installation, update, configure, and troubleshoot
• Provide support for all IT equipment - PCs, printers, scanners, laptops, PDAs, video conferencing and projection systems, and external peripherals
• Ensure applications and hardware meet end user requirements
• Support onsite and remote customers as required
• Support software and hardware refresh/upgrade/configuration efforts – Windows7, Windows 10, MS
Office, MS Active Directory
• Coordinate warranty repair operations with vendors
• Should be able to own the assigned tasks and provide daily update on the task
• Reimage systems quite often to meet the training class requirements
• Server Support, VMVare & SCCM experience is preferred.
• Candidate should be able to support On-call as this is a business support requirement
• Candidate should be able to support Air watch, Smart Phones, GSuite and Familiar with ITIL Service model.
This role will require the appropriate skills to perform IM activities within the service lines of Active Directory, Storage, Backups, End User Devices, and escalate other service areas as needed to support the business.
