Learning to become a Chef is a journey. It takes a lot of self-discipline. Ive been dedicating my life to culinary, I loce to help people. Food is a staple for me, it brings a better sense of peace to everyone. I enjoy learning from the Executives in this Company. Theyve taught me many new things. Theyve been a great shadow to me in my personal growth as a cook. Nothing else is better than knowing that your'e learning and teaching those around you andhelping others accomplish their dreams.

If it weren’t for Covid closing down our restaurant I would still be there. I loved the company, my job, my bosses, my employees. I miss it every day.

Pros and Cons
Benefits, great hours, overtime if you want it.
Nothing that I can think of. If you work hard you’ll go far.

A very 1950’s, owner/dictator directed company. Hanging on to ridiculous reporting requirements and being at the whim of the chairman 24/7. The chairman thought it wise to advertise for a personal chef for his home on the company’s employment site. Hmm, how did those employees making minimum wage feel about this🤔 Bad company, in my opinion not a lot of integrity. I would not work fir them or anyone associated with them again. Fool me for once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I would definitely not recommend working for this company. Check out their COVID response. “Scorched Earth” They don’t pay their vendors on a timely basis. Luckily for the Sea Crest they sold it to a hotelier that will make the most of it.

Pros and Cons
Their were no pros from a corporate perspective, but locally I worked with a lot of good people.
Poor management, they had no industry experience and still believed they need it all.
