About Deli Clerk

What does a Deli Clerk do?

We, Deli Clerks, are tasked with providing appealing services through responding to their inquiries and requests, availing samples and recommending the best products to the deli counters at the counter. We are responsible for slicing, measuring, giving prices and packing bought cheeses and meat. It is our responsibility as Deli Clerks to prepare and service exceptional orders and party trays. We update product displays and all customer service areas to ensure that new products and those under promotional campaigns are well showcased. Deli Clerks ensure that display areas comply with established standards. We prepare customer service areas by ensuring that they are tools are clean and surfaces are free from trash.
