Deli Manager

As Deli Managers, we are responsible for monitoring staff, maintaining stocks and supplies, assessing sales performance, interviewing and training staff, creating and implementing promotion campaigns, and ensuring that the facility is clean and safe. We also manage the daily activities of employees to enhance sales performance.

Core tasks:

• supervising employees in various duties such as cooking, serving, and operating counters
• managing product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to avoid any damages
• assisting in the preparation of catalog and sales budgets
• analyzing profit and loss statements
• scheduling and assigning works for associates daily
