About Delivery Lead

What does a Delivery Lead do?

As Delivery Leads, we are responsible for providing customer services and performing delivery activities by coordinating and directing team members. We direct teams with shipping, receiving, and storage of goods. We focus on order fulfillment and supply chain coordination and personnel management. Ensuring accurate preparation and delivery of customer orders is part of our daily responsibilities. We monitor the activities of warehouse personnel and shipping. We develop and maintain schedules, hire new employees, and evaluate the performance of staff. Working as Delivery Leads, we develop and monitor key performance indicators and review KPIs. We also ensure the timely delivery of goods to customers.
