What does a Delivery Manager do?

As Delivery Managers, we are responsible for reviewing customer orders and planning delivery activities. We build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth. Analyzing and troubleshooting delivery issues is part of our daily responsibilities. We manage a delivery team and ensure timely customer deliveries. Working as Delivery Managers, we perform source allocations and assign tasks according to delivery requirements. We ensure the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence. We also evaluate the performance of team members and act as primary contact for customer inquiries.

  • determine training needs of staff
  • analyze customer orders
  • develop scope and budget for delivery projects
