A place where outsourcing began to degrade the work environment, but depending on the area, "people" are still more important.
Pros and Cons
Remote work,
high turnover, different rules for employees and contractors

To take a phrase used by my trainer at Dell, "it's like drinking from a firehose." The pace of the work was exceptionally high, however it was never at the expense of those working there. The managers were almost universally willing to help facilitate success in any and all ways they could. In addition, one of the few places I can say where I saw promotions come to everyone who pushed for one. Dell was very clear about what was needed for success and how it could be done; at no point was my professional development impeded by the structure of the business, or any sort of formalized systems within the business.
Pros and Cons
friendly office culture that promotes teamwork and individual growth
High volume of work, and lack of streamlined Up-to-date tools.

After the merger or buyout of EMC Corp from Dell Technologies. The culture changed. Many individuals that I worked with on a daily basis never took ownership of their duties or roles, so team work was non existent. work life was challenging on a daily basis.
Pros and Cons
Don't have any pros for this.
"no Teamwork' Culture of the individuals was very challenging
