Delta-T Group

It has been over eight years working with Delta - T Group. I have had a beneficial relationship with Delta - T as a source of getting assignments to keep me busy.

I worked here and was supported by my advisor 100%. Gave me insight if I was having a hard time. Directed me to many support when need for my family.

It’s been quite a few years but Delta T Group was not the best company to work for when I worked for them. I went above and beyond what my position called for, way more than what was in my job description and the pay was terrible. They wouldn’t recognize me for my job title either. I was doing the job of Therapeutic Teachers Aid but only getting paid a Teachers Aid salary. Wasn’t fair at all. If it wasn’t for the love that I developed for my student, I would have sued. The relationship I built with her and the help tu at I was able to give her was far more than anything that tu we could pay me. Also the only way that we were paid was after our work week was finished, we had to mail in proof of attendance and then wait for our check to arrive in the mail. Very outdated.
