Dematic was founded in 1819, as the Mechanische Werkstätten Harkort & Co, and it has successfully completed the acquisition of numerous tech giants and software providers, namely HK Systems, Reddwerks Corp., and NDC Automation, adding and expanding its business across various sectors. More than 7,000 employees form an impressive workforce across 50 international offices.
