As Dental Directors, we develop new standards and qualifications for newly hired dental personnel while coordinating with the credential specialist during the process of approving new dental staff. We also design, implement and develop appropriate Dental Department policies protocols, and procedures in compliance with the most current accepted by the FQHC and professional standards. We are tasked with continuously monitoring and inspecting the day-to-day activities of the staff to ensure their compliance with pre-established federal, state, local, and center rules, regulations, protocols.
