What does a Department Administrator do?

As Department Administrators, we manage the company's administrative functions, ensuring that operation is efficient and that company's policies, procedures, and rules of engagements are strictly adhered to. We are also responsible for managing company supplies, keeping stock, managing shortages, and making orders for new supplies. We ensure that growth is sustained within the organization by managing correspondence and follow-up (emails and calls) and ensuring efficient customer services.
