As Deployment Managers, we are IT professionals and coordinate the analysis, implementation, and installation of new hardware and software. We take newly-designed systems and software packages and roll them out for full operational use. It is our responsibility to ensure that hardware and software systems are fully deployed and functioning. We plan the roll-out process and the sequence of new systems and platforms. We also prepare engineering plans, mapped IT system diagrams, and installation technical design packages. We communicate with all departments on the progress of the project. We supervise, review, and evaluate the work of connected IT staff.
