We provide technical assistance and support to any employee using a PC for work. We upgrade computer systems, remove viruses, and ensure network safety. We are responsible for installing new hardware and collaborating with other information technology technicians. Some of us travel to off-site locations to resolve PC problems. We give instructions and advice to users on how to resolve their PC problems. We troubleshoot and repairs other peripheral equipment such as printers. We are responsible for designing and implementing preventive maintenance procedures for personal computers.
