About Development Intern

What does a Development Intern do?

As Development Interns, we coordinate with physicians and biologists to search for new medical products such as antibiotics, or sterilizers based on the current market needs all the while ensuring that these products are patent-free. We also work on developing existing products by working with chemists to tweak their chemical formula and add other organic or inorganic molecules to avoid potential patent violation lawsuits. We document our findings within the thesis paper after coordinating with the professor and other doctors to weed out any plagiarism while following every relevant publishing format.

Core tasks:

  • highlight new development opportunities
  • keep a clean and sterile working environment
