Job Description:
This candidate will be responsible for designing cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines and related responsibilities for running mission critical applications in the field of Fintech. Strong skills are required in the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment with DevOps principles.
Experience handling mission-critical infrastructures and DevOps environments
Experience in Docker/Openshift or similar containerized environment
Build, Test, Deployment management using Jenkins CI/CD
Release Management
Experience with SaaS and Cloud environments
Experience with architecting large scale systems with linux, postgres etc
Knowledge in network, firewall and security best practices
Designing high availability fault tolerant systems
Knowledge in ELK, Splunk, Nagios etc is a plus
Performance tuning web services and databases
Experience with high volume web services (tomcat, apache, nginx) a plus
Knowledge in relational databases like Oracle, Postgres
Project management
5+ years experience in related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

TASKS
- Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
- Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

- Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
- Design — Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
