This is a terrible place to work. You are a number and you will more than likely get bullied by management. Every year in the off season they go on witch hunts with the purpose to reduce their staff without having to pay unemployment. Even if you survive the culling you will not be able to apply for another position. It is easier to come from outside into a supervisors position than to be promoted. They do not care about your personal life. They will suddenly have a class on your days off, and you will be expected to attend. Overtime is on such short notice, you cannot make arrangements. And if you get sick for an extended period of time, you will come back to whatever job they need you to do, your job is not guaranteed; just one with the same pay. It doesn’t matter how conscientious of a worker you are, you will be treated like an idiot. And, don’t expect anyone to fix anything right away. I went through 5 pay periods before they ever got my paid time off fixed.

I worked at dialog direct for 9 months l. We were trained for three for a program we started the program and about two months in they switched the program entirely and gave us a two day notice. We were told our pay would be one thing after training it was still the same after 2 months. I had to email HR to get the salary that was promised to me upon hiring. We received short paychecks and I’d we were absent even once it was a write up. I just can’t understand companies like this. You want dedicated employees but can’t pay them their money and respect them an an employee who has done their job. It was just a big slap in the face every month.
