Adam Eskin was the founder of the Dig Inn restaurant chain. The corporate head office is located in New York City, New York, the United States. Dig Inn consists of 26 restaurants spread throughout New York and Massachusetts, including Boston, Brooklyn, Cambridge, Philadelphia, and Rye Brook.
