About Digital Account Manager

What does a Digital Account Manager do?

As Digital Account Managers, we are responsible for planning and managing clients’ digital strategy to improve their web presence and achieve marketing goals. We build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. We work as the lead point of contact and oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Investigating and determining clients’ wants and needs is part of our daily responsibilities. We plan and implement effective digital strategies for clients. Working as Digital Account Managers, we optimize web content to improve SEO and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns. We recommend and implement digital projects to increase ROI and set up a list of KPIs to track for each client.
