Position Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager uses their strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and to lead integrated digital marketing initiatives from concept to execution. He/she works as part of a team to service clients digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to campaigns, analyzing data, preparing reports. The position supports the Client Service Team (CST) in responding to client needs and requests.
Department Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service for our digital clients
Ensure that the agency delivers solutions that are on-strategy and consistently produce measurable results.
Manage the growth, financials, profitability, and relationships with the clients
Develops and maintains strong relationships with our clients maintaining a thorough understanding of their products and brands, and consistently delivering consultative, strategic ideas that drive their business.
Understand clients brands, market, business, and culture.
Proactively seek opportunities to grow our client s business organically.
Collaborate with cross-functional team toward the common goals of growing our business while consistently exceeding our clients expectations.
Position Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing initiatives, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Understand the customer journey and deliver decision paths to drive results
Collaborate with clients and outside vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide and consultative and expertize for both internal teams and our clients.
Develop productive working relationships internally and externally
Support the development and build of strategic digital capabilities presentations
Frame key issues facing the client and help develop recommendations to combat these issues
Maintain files on all client's activities, their competitors, and their industry
Keep informed of relevant issues affecting clients specific industries
Become well versed in the content management system for all clients
Special Considerations: This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer; out of town and overnight travel may be required periodically; non-traditional work hours may be required periodically.
