You are a Digital Media Associate who knows how to:
Collaborate with digital media planners to develop targeting plans, media plans and performance reports
Develop and manage paid social advertising campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals
Manage vendor communications, negotiate rates and added value, and manage insertion orders (IO's)
Establish a consultative relationship directly with media buyers and account team, while continuously adjusting strategy and tactics to achieve client's goals
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and apply relevant learning to work
You have
Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business
2+ years of experience in managing paid search (Google, Bing, & Yahoo) and paid socialmedia (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) campaigns
Analytical with an ability to understand paid media concepts quickly
The ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment with shifting priorities
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends - because we're a client services firm so sometimes that's when our clients need us
Strong interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively across teams
A meticulous eye for detail and exceptional organization skills
Its a bonus (not required) if you have
Experience in managing display campaigns and working within an ad serving platform is a plus
