About Digital Sales Planner

What does a Digital Sales Planner do?

As digital sales planners, we work for media organizations that sell advertising space. We are responsible for managing all aspects of strategic digital campaigns for clients. We respond to proposal requests. We develop and implement solutions that meet the client’s objectives. We monitor campaign performance, identifying optimization and troubleshooting needs, and executing on them. We work together closely with internal account executives as well as marketing teams.

Core tasks:

  • developing understanding of client requirements
  • developing and implementing advertising solutions that meet requirements
  • configuring, operating, and optimizing campaigns
  • monitoring campaign results
  • creating media plans
  • managing client relationships, providing client services
