Plan, manage and coordinate ConMed's products and services. Manage marketing personnel in initiating new activities, expanding business markets, planning promotions, and projects for market penetration and profit. Study market, product trends, etc. Develop new businesses, products and approaches. Plan direction, marketing and sales of products in international markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Plan, initiate, coordinate activities to build new business, markets, products and promotions for penetration and expansion in national and international markets in accordance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, regulations.
+ Monitor results of activities, study market, product, engineering trends, approve plans, actions, of assigned personnel. Provide direction and marketing plans, to increase sales and profits of products in international markets.
+ Train, instruct, advise various personnel, ensure employees in assigned areas are following procedures, applicable laws, etc. Interface with various inside and outside contacts to increase sales, profits, complete assignments, resolve problems, etc.
+ Responsible for revenue achievement of budgeted sales for all critical products and OEM critical sales.
+ Responsible for revenue achievement for all kit packed critical care and specialty products. Responsible for all contracting decision making for all critical care product, as well as manufacturing issues relative to critical care products.
+ Recommend changes to ensure fulfillment of assigned objectives, make presentations and progress reports as required.
+ Perform other related duties as required by management.
QualificationsLeave your footprint
+ Three to five years in a medical marketing and sales environment with a minimum of three year of product management experience.
+ Bachelor degree in marketing with additional computer training or equivalent.

  • Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion managers.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
