Ensuring achievement of the financial and operating goals is our duty. We participate and assist in formulating the annual business plan for asset management. We develop the annual capital and operating budgets. Formulating strategies that drive operations and the financial performance of the portfolio is our responsibility. We review and report on monthly operating and income statements. It is our job to manage and monitor cash flow. Our duties also include preparing monthly and quarterly client portfolios and performance reports.
