What does a Director OF Benefits do?

As Directors OF Benefits, we develop and implement a Total Rewards strategy to attract overall talent and retain employees for the Company. We analyze employee compensation data within an organization and evaluate job positions to establish classification and salary. We also monitor and evaluate the company’s welfare and healthcare benefit programs ensuring that they are current, cost-effective, and competitive regarding trends and practices. We help develop and implement competitive wellness programs that assist in benefit-cost containment. We also support the negotiation of services and goods costs with brokers and providers ensuring excellent services and competitive rates.
