As Directors of Business Intelligence, we oversee the Business Intelligence (BI) department in an organization. Our work is key in our organization’s business efficiency. We conduct the development of data strategy and the implementation of analytical data infrastructure. In certain companies, Business Intelligence Managers and team leaders report to us. Our decision-making is backed by data-driven methods and analytical thinking. Besides, our utmost goal is to help our company stand out. To reach this, we need to see behind the numbers and see the whole picture. Plus, conducting the design process of analytical data infrastructure is also our responsibility.
