We create sales goals for the sales team to achieve the pre-established target. We hire, train, and supervise new employees. Establishing and coordinating market initiatives is also part of our duty. We also discuss menus and event proposals with customers and consider it as a sales opportunity. We develop and maintain a customer database. Working as Directors OF Catering Sales, we are also responsible for strengthening ongoing contact with the customer by generating automated thank you letters. Finally, we ask the customer for their feedback and request referrals.
