Director OF Clinical Services

As Directors of Clinical Services, we work parallel to the Administrator. We direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. We ensure compliance under the current Federal, State, and company standards. We provide administrative oversight to the day-to-day clinical operations. We provide administrative supervision for the staff. We oversee case management and group therapy service systems. We assist in the planning, facilitation, and coordination of resources. We ensure the availability and accessibility of services. We identify key issues and service needs.

Core tasks:

• assist in the development and monitoring of record-keeping standards
• lead the development of ongoing review and compliance procedures
• provide leadership for ongoing updates of policies and procedures
• facilitate communication with staff about professional and service-delivery issues
• lead Quality Assurance Activities
• recommend changes to work practices
• provide direct administrative supervision to assigned staff therapists
• maintain timely clinical records and necessary statistics of therapeutic and other client contacts
• make referrals to off-campus clinical services
