What does a Director of Customer Success do?

As Directors of Customer Success, we are responsible for developing and leading successful teams. We develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and serve as the lead point of contact. We understand customer’s strategic goals and advertise tactics according to the company’s products and services. We gather valuable feedback from clients and maintain expertise on the industry and current trends. Interacting with customers and communicating insights is one of our main responsibilities. We collaborate with internal teams to balance and meet customer expectations and perceptions. Working as Directors of Customer Success, we oversee the customer onboarding process and data collection for assigned customers.

Core tasks:

  • develop new materials to improve organizational structure
  • work with product and engineering teams to identify issues and resolve them
  • develop effective plans for customer success
