As Directors of First Impression, we are responsible for greeting clients in a friendly and sincere manner. We make clients feel comfortable when they visit the office and handle incoming phone calls. We coordinate telephone system issues and handle office supplies. Ordering office equipment and coordinating with outside vendors is one of our main responsibilities. We coordinate the handling of the calendar and prepare and manage reports. Working as Directors of First Impression, we handle miscellaneous operational activities and develop written systems for their actions. We also process, scan, and file paperwork.
